Fantastic experience

I bought a BMW X3 automatic from Cardiff Car Sales. I was particularly looking for this model as I had test driven others and liked the look and feel of the car.
My husband corresponded with Muhammed prior to us travelling 50 miles to view and test drive the vehicle. He was very helpful giving the history of the vehicle and we arranged a date and time to view the car.
The car was first class condition with excellent history record. It had a full MOT and had recently been serviced. Muhammed took us on a test drive and we were impressed with the drive quality.
On return to the garage we negotiated a mutually agreed price and purchased the vehicle.
On return home after a few days my husband noticed that the front disc pads were low and a brake disc was starting to score and they all needed replacing.
On contacting Muhammed he agreed to order all necessary replacement parts and arranged for us to collect them from a supplier local to us free of charge.
I am extremely happy with the friendly service at the time of purchase and also the follow up customer service provided by Muhammed and would recommend Cardiff Car Sales.

I've found Mo to be honest and trustworthy. The reviews here all add up!

I bought a car from here recently and there have been a couple of issues that, thanks to the warranty and Mo's set-up have been sorted same day or next-day. All very straight forward and to be expected when buying used cars.

Great service and communication, A* all round

Cardiff cars were very knowledgeable about their car. They offered a fair part exchange rate for my original car and the warranty and AA breakdown cover added peace of mind to the purchase. Communication between myself and Cardiff Cars was second to none, they responded almost immediately to any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely buy a car from Cardiff Cars again. It is definitely worth driving to and they offer a great deal on their cars which are immaculately presented. I didn’t feel talked down to as a women which can happen and no question was ignored or viewed as silly. I love my new car!

Recent purchase of Fiat 500

I bought a Fiat 500 from them recently and no complaints. The car is in very good condition and is running well so far. Muhammed was friendly funny and made us feel relaxed from the start.Not pushy and let us take our time. Test drove it and again he made us feel at ease. We maze arrangements to collect in a few days time.When we got there he was very organised had everything in order awansered any questions we had and was a smooth transaction.I got home after collecting the car and I noticed the radio didn't seem to be working. I sent him an email about 4pm and he responded very quickly (matter of minutes) he said when I was passing or when I was available to bring it down so it can get checked over, when I arrived again he was very welcoming.The radio began to work when I got around the corner so we were both confused and agreed to have it checked over.They had a look over it and said water had gone into it and needs replacing within minutes the part was on order and he was very apologetic. Once it arrived with him he invited me down to get it sorted and was done within 20 minutes of arriving. No fuss nothing. So far a great experience and Mohammed seems like a genuine nice man. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

Toyota Alphard

I do not normally leave a review but we have had excellent service from Mohamed and team. We bought a Toyota 2005 which drives and looks like a brand new car.This is a family run business which goes out of their way to help you in buying a used car. Within a week of seeing the car Mohamed sorted out all the paperwork and we drove away. Another member of my family has now bought a biofuel Toyota which again they have received excellent customer service. First car

I visited Cardiff Car Sales twice to buy my first car. I viewed two cars and went to a test drive with Mohammad who was so professional, friendly and supportive. In my second visit I agreed on buying my car and all went smoothly as Mohammad did all the arrangements and the paperwork to me and also helped with my tax. As I didnt drive my new car straight on the day before arranging for a residents car permit etc Mohammad kindly delivered the car to my house.
Mohammad responds to my texts quickly and tries to help as much as he can. It's been a week since I bought my semi automatic Mitsubishi Colt from Cardiff Car Sales. I hope that things go well with the car. Thank you Mohammad!

Mercedes c-class

Recently my partner and I purchased a Mercedes off Cardiff car sales which has overall been a positive experience both in terms of the cost quality of car especially the after service which has been second to none with every staff member. I would purchase another car from these guys without a shadow of doubt.

We did have some minor issues which were resolved promptly and was even given use of a courtesy car while these were carried out.

Hyundai I40 2012

I bought a Hyundai i40 (2012) from Cardiff Car Sales. It was my first experience buying a car in the UK and I had no clues about anything. Based on the very positive user reviews, I decided to go to Muhammed. In one sentence, I was quite happy with the whole process. Very quick, smooth and easy (from the point I made a decision to driving the car took less than an hour); great communication throughout. I am also so far happy with the car. The car initially had some issues (mainly some of the parking sensors were not working). Muhammed asked me to drive the car for some time and list all the issues together for them to be fixed at once. I gave the car back to him after a few weeks and during this time he provided me with a courtesy car. He fixed all the issues I had listed (engine sound, cruise control, sunroof, ...). Thank you Muhammed!Overall, very happy with my experience. Muhammed is a genuine person; also very easy to deal with. The 5.0 review score perfectly reflects my experience as well. Definitely recommended.

Qashqai & garage

All staff very friendly and happy to help.
We bought a Nissan Qashqai with Muhammad's help and he took my car in part ex. The after care service is excellant. He did all of our paperwork for us and even sorted our private number plates for us. Would recommend asking for Muhammad who went anove and beyond to help.
Watford Road have several cars on sale but lots more at the other garage in Ipswich Road.

Look No Further

I purchased my new car from Cardiff car sales 4 weeks ago and I have to say they are by far the best car sales I have ever dealt with. From the moment I purchased the car they have gone above and beyond with everything, any questions or queries I have had as never been too much trouble for them to solve or deal with. I had a few issues 3 weeks after purchase and Mohammed was more than happy to assist me with everything needed with my car including giving me a courtesy car for the duration they were working on my car, which was a massive help to myself as I live an hour away from the garage and it didn’t cost me a penny. He even refunded a diagnostic I had done on the car, now come not many places would do that! They have definitely gained a customer for life, if anyone is looking to purchase a new car then please look no further you have found the best dealership around 😊

Muhammad at Cardif Car Sales is a gennuinely nice chap and his aftercare service goes further than most. Dont get me wrong Muhammad is a hard negotiator and gives little away but if you show him something is genuinely wrong he will rectify it. I would like to offer my sincere apologies to Mohammed for this incredibly late review. What with Covid and work I haven't had a chance to stop for long enough to write a decent review, until now.
So here goes. My wife and I travelled from Scotland to Cardiff Car Sales to pick up a rare Mazda. Mohammed had the only 1 available for sale. I can honestly say that it was worth the drive down. He kept in contact through phone calls and texts. When we got there the car was ready and waiting. Beautifully presented, with a full tank of fuel. Fully serviced and freshly Mot'd. 6mts warranty was extended to 1yr along with 1yrs AA cover. We were even offered lunch. The service we got was beyond 1st class.
So I have had the car for almost 1yr now (told you it was a late review) and the only thing it has needed was a front tyre. The car hasn't missed a beat. Mohammed has continued to keep in touch, his after sales care is exemplary. He's got a genuine concern for his customers and repeat business. Top bloke and a top business. Thanks for looking after us. It has always been greatly appreciated and won't be forgotten.

Bought a Peugeot Estate from this hard working Comapny a few months ago. After driving the car for a few weeks a problem occured. As there was a 3 month Warranty when the car was bought, the Company fixed it straight away for nothing. I purchased a car (Peugeot 407 SW) with Match Me Car Finance and the service I received from Muhammad was Top Class. Despite me chopping and changing my mind with regards to delivery or collection he was absolutely professional and courteous towards me. Even when I arrived at the dealership he was so welcoming and helpful that it made the whole experience enjoyable despite the stress of getting there from Shepton Mallet which took 3hrs. Excellent service and good price for value!

The family run business has many good qualities! I was faced with friendliness from everyone who worked there. And the car I wanted was in immaculate condition and 100% good value for money. So I bought a car last minute and it was fairly late in the afternoon meaning it had gone past closing time before I made a decision to buy. Me and my brother weren't rushed in any way to make a decision, furthermore I couldn't fault the after service received the following day, it wasn't just take the money and car, and bye bye. Definitely recommend these guys!
